No poetry today.

Ok, I usually write poetry or lyrics to explain how I'm feeling. I don't know if that is exactly the best way to express emotions however, for me it's perfect. I understand that this time it isn't either of those types of writing. Today there will not be any poetry. I need to write today, just to write. I can't think of any clever rhyme schemes or pretty words that flow together nicely. I just want to know something.. Why do we put limits on God? Why do we take something so simple and beautiful and make it difficult to understand? I mean, as for me, I don't un

derstand God's love. I know that it is unfathomable and deep and intimate. I also know that as humans trying to achieve it's understanding is physically and mentally impossible. So I don't try to understand it. I just know that it is there and I love it for being there. I know that it is always going to fill me up and create a peace that I can't explain. So, I love it for being there. God is here. It would be so stupid for me to say He's not. Even when I'm down and out, God is here. I don't know, I feel like the reason why most people don't come to Christ and enter into God's LOVE, is because they can't wrap their minds around it. Or, if they know Christ they could leave for the very same reason.. They aren't used to something so crazy. They aren't used to something so pure. So they try to figure it out. How can someone love me if He knows everything about me? How can that love exist? I just look

at them and say, " Stop trying to figure it out.. because you won't, the beautiful part of His love, is that we can't understand, that's the miracle of it all. Why destroy it by trying to figure it out. " We are H

is beloved's! HE SEES US COMING TOWARD HIM AND THAT'S WHAT DRIVES HIM CRAZY FOR US!! HE SEES IT! I don't know, God is all around. God's love is all around. Stop running from it and just grab it.

He knows it's what you ultimately what you want. Love, right?
