2 Peter 1:21

21For prophecy never had its origin in the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

3/11/10

There is a place that I know,
Through a spirit with no end.
A love that never leaves,
That's faithful to the end.

There is no condemnation here, my friend.
There is no hatred here, my love.
Not with my God,
Not with my God.

Speak with me my children,
Abide your spirit in me.
Trust me with your troubles,
I'll wash you with my blood,
OH HOW IT'S SO DIVINE.

Dance with me my children,
Sing about my name.
Pray for my Holy Spirit,
Baptize in its e'er so sweet flame.

Taste my bread my love,
Oh how hungry you are.
Drink my blood, little one,
Oh how thirsty you are.

Can you see my eyes?
Can you feel my presence?
Can you trust my faithfulness?
Can you believe in me even though can't see?

I hate to ask this my child...
... but where will you be for eternity?
Where will you be?

My Love

You come and knock on my door,
I'm afraid to answer but I want more.
I turn the knob one last time,
You knock me on my back with a love so divine.

I don't feel worthy of your love,
But you want my heart so you can send me off like a dove.
And I say:

It may be weak,
It may be simple, God,
But I say, "Yes!"

It may be weak,
It may be simple, God,
But I say, "Yes!"

You clothe me with the finest robe,
You claim me with the purest ring,
You feed me till I'm full,
You baptize me.
I know I ran away,
But I say God:

It may be weak,
It may be simple, God,
But I say, "Yes!"

It may be weak,
It maybe simple, God,
But I say, "Yes!"

Your love causes me to jump,
And your love causes me to run,
And your love causes sing,
So I'll put on my wedding ring and say:

It may be weak,
It may be simple, God,
But I say, "Yes!"

It may be weak,
It may be simple, God,
But I say, "Yes!"
